About
My name is Narcely Ruiz Duran.
I am a wife, daughter, sister, and aunt whose life was transformed when I gave my life to Christ at age 26. Since that moment, my love for Jesus, His Church, and the generations coming behind us has shaped everything I do. For more than a decade, I’ve served in ministry leadership, worship, discipleship, and community development, helping women grow in Christ, lead with confidence, and build healthy ministry systems that support lasting impact.
I know firsthand the unique weight women in ministry carry - the call to shepherd others while navigating expectations, pressures, and the complexities of ministry life. I’ve walked with women who feel overwhelmed by responsibility, unsure how to lead teams or navigate conflict, spiritually depleted, isolated in their calling, or passionate but lacking structure and support.
My heart is simple: to equip women in ministry to pursue Christ deeply, lead faithfully, and serve from a place of confidence rather than exhaustion.
My background shapes the way I lead and coach. I served six years in the U.S. Air Force, earned a criminal justice degree from Texas Christian University, a master’s in social work from UT Arlington, and a Graduate Certificate in Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University. I am also a worship leader, musician, and discipleship teacher. These experiences, military discipline, social work training, theological formation, and ministry leadership, have given me a unique blend of strength, compassion, and clarity.
At the core of my calling is a deep passion to see people walk in their God‑given potential and to see women step confidently into the fullness of their leadership capacity. My mission is to come alongside women in ministry, not to add more to their plate, but to strengthen the foundation beneath them.
